Prices listed here within are subject to change without notice.

Terms:

All sales are final.  Sales are on a cash basis unless prior arrangements have been established with Palm City Palms & Tropicals, Inc.  For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, in addition to all checks.  All plant material listed herein may not be available at all times and prices may vary from time to time.  State and County tax as applicable shall be charged on all sales.  Any check being returned for any reason shall be subject to a $32.00 redeposit fee per item.

Delivery:

“Limited Area” delivery and installation are available.  Please inquire at time of purchase for delivery and installation costs.

Non-Warranty:

Palm City Palms & Tropicals, Inc. provides no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, as to variety of the palm species.  Our guarantee is limited to disease and insects for a limited timeframe on all plants we grow.  We provide ongoing information and encourage our customers to water and fertilize as instructed.  Warranty is not covered for hostile environments that are out of our control.  Acceptance is upon receipt.  All sales are final as plant material cannot be returned for any reason.

Palm & Plant Guarantee:

Palms and Plants that we grow, we will guarantee that when the products are sold that they are healthy and disease free.  Palms or plant material is guaranteed for 90-days from purchase with receipt of purchase.

Palms and plants that die or are injured due to circumstances beyond our control; such as soil conditions, over-watering, under-watering, chemical damage, weed-eater, Acts of God (freeze, wind, hail, flood, drought, etc.), planting too deep, exposed root balls, or other acts that are not considered normal growing conditions will void all guarantees.

Business Hours:

Our normal business hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday and Saturday hours are from 8 AM to 2 PM, or by appointment.
