Florida Thatch Palm

The Natural habitat of the Thatch palm is Florida, Mexico and Central America and the Caribbean, thus being called the Florida Thatch. It is a solitary palm that grows medium to tall, slender with fan-shaped fronds. This palm grows well in clumps and prefers an alkaline, sandy soil near the coastal lands, but will do well in inland conditions.
