The Majesty Palm is one of our fastest growing palms to about 10-15 feet overall. At which time the growth rate slows considerable as the trunk has begun to show its mature shape: a swollen bottle shape. This palm thrives on water and does especially well in moist, aquatic conditions. The Majesty Palm flourishes in partial shade as it will hold a deep darker color to its fronds. It likes rich soil and ample amounts of quality palm fertilizer. Another popular use for the Majesty is as an interior foliage palm, but it needs to be kept moist for best overall appearances.
